ICE CREAM SCOOPERS

We are looking for friendly and dependable Ice Cream Scoopers to join our team! In this role, you would greet customers, take orders, cook brownies and waffle cones/bowls, and prepare delicious ice cream treats such as sundaes and milkshakes. Excellent customer service will be very important, as well as ensuring that orders are prepared accurately, consistently, and efficiently. In addition to serving guests, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment is a key part of the job – responsibilities will include cleaning and sanitizing utensils, wiping down counters and dining areas, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash. No prior work experience is required.

ASSISTANT MANAGER

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Assistant Manager to support daily operations at our ice cream shop. This role includes supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, assisting with inventory and cash handling, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. The Assistant Manager will help enforce company policies, train team members, perform open and/or closing duties and fill in as acting Manager, as needed. Prior food service or retail experience, strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to work evenings and weekends, and a valid Food Safety Manager Certification are required.
